Taking care of the work environment includes recycling and reusing materials when it’s appropriate, and having all the correct measures in place to prevent air, land, water and noise pollution.

General Manager
Narayan Singh
Narayan is a proven leader with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
He has a wealth of engineering knowledge and experience ensuring financial performance targets are met and maintained, and that resources are efficiently managed.
He has also created and led a strong H&S and quality culture with his site teams.
Narayan has been with CMS for more than 16 years, continually earning commendation and recognition by excelling at his role.

Operations Manager
Luke Tyndall
Luke is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget and to the specified quality standard.
Day-to-day, Luke is organising and managing critical tasks including project scoping, quoting, procuring materials, organising external contractors, and leading the team, as well as the overall health and safety for the project.

SHEQ Manager
Graham Coupe
Graham’s business knowledge and proven record of improving processes gives him the perfect skillset for his role as our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager.
He’s focused on continual improvement and implementing change, while at the same time being able to embrace operational challenges.
Graham has been instrumental in creating our Standard Operating Procedures and documenting processes that assist us to systematically reach our quality and compliance requirements.

Key Account and Business Development Manager
Nicole Woodill
With a wealth of experience in business development and relationship building, Nicole is a vital link between our engineering teams and our customers.
Her ability to understand and articulate our client’s needs has bridged gaps and ensured solutions are aligned with expectations.
For a company that treats customers as partners, Nicole’s role is crucial for the project’s success. She helps us build collaborative relationships that are productive, open, honest and fair.

Scott Murray
Scott is the every day point of contact between customers and CMS.
He is knowledgable, approachable, and his ‘can-do attitude’ makes him a great problem solver.
